Dive Mozambique from Ibo Island with the Dive Quirimba's team who aim to please and ensure
your Mozambique dive experience is the best and safest it can be. You will most likely begin your Ibo Island
explorations at Lighthouse Reef North, a famous,
slowly sloping reef littered with soft pink, green and blue corals. Blue
spotted sting ray hide from the sunbeams under large table corals and Moray
Eels peep their heads out of holes.
Light house Reef south is home to Bob, the gigantic resident Napoleon
Wrasse, plus an incredible display of tropical fish and corals, on the
Lighthouse wall. Large areas of the reef are covered in huge table corals and large
areas of plate corals.
Then east of the Coal Steamer Wreck, starting at 5m
and slowly dropping down to 18m, these unspoiled reefs are teaming with a huge assortment
of marine life and corals. Running North and South you can find loads of
tropical reef fish such as Banner Fish, Moorish Idols, Clown Fish, Parrot
Fish, Butterfly Fish, Surgeon Fish, Puffers, Angel Fish and various kinds
of Trigger Fish.
The Quirimbas Archipelago is a mishmash of miscellaneous
marine life, undamaged coral reefs and tropical ocean currents. We at DiveQuirimba’s don’t mind if you are a beginner or skilled, we just want to show
you our sweet lips and angelfish, our colorful corals and Red Snappers. Contact one of
our consultants today to assist you with your unique dive holiday.
